Sahabat Hanoman is a cherished community that has been a great support for JAFF in keeping the festival running until today. They have shown their support by purchasing our tickets and merchandise. In return, we provide Sahabat Hanoman with easy access and various exciting benefits during the festival.

There are 6 categories of Sahabat Hanoman:

1. Support Hanoman

If you are unable to attend the JAFF festival but still want to support us, consider the Support Hanoman package. It is an excellent option for audiences who are loyal and want to contribute in a meaningful way. Your support will help to ensure that the festival runs smoothly and that the enchanting experience of JAFF remains for years to come. In return, you will receive exclusive official merchandise from JAFF 19.

2. Student Hanoman

The Student Hanoman package is exclusively tailored for students who can prove their status by submitting a valid student card. In cases where the buyer of the Student Hanoman package is found to have used a counterfeited student card, the payment made will not be refunded.

3. Basic Hanoman

Basic Hanoman is a package dedicated to general audiences, with various benefits throughout the festival.

4. Advanced Hanoman

Advanced Hanoman is a package dedicated to general audiences with benefits during the festival and exclusive JAFF 19 merchandise.

5. Ultimate Hanoman

Designed for the ultimate JAFF enthusiast, The Ultimate Hanoman package offers a range of special benefits throughout the festival, exclusive JAFF 19 merchandise, and a JAFF Market 2024 badge. This badge grants access to the first film market in Indonesia, where emerging talents, industry  professionals, production companies, and government representatives converge to foster collaboration, network, and support film projects in development and beyond

6. Royal Hanoman

Royal Hanoman is the all-inclusive Sahabat Hanoman package designed for general audiences. We offer easy access, exclusive JAFF 19 merchandise, and hotel accommodations during the festival.

5. In order to join as a Student Hanoman, you will be required to provide credentials of your active student status by uploading a clear picture of your student card. Please note that if we identify any fraudulent activities such as forgery of student card, the payment made for the festival will not be refunded.
6. Make payment no later than one hour after the checkout process.
7. Once the festival organizer has received your payment, we will send you a confirmation email.
8. With the arrival of your confirmation email, congratulations you are now part of Sahabat Hanoman JAFF 19

2. Switch the currency: Use the currency menu on the right side of the website to switch to USD. Once switched, the international payment options will appear at the bottom of the page. International transactions are only available in USD.

3. Payment Options: You can choose from two payment methods: PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.

   • Click on your preferred option and then click the ‘Place Order’ button.

4. Complete Your Payment:

   • If using PayPal: Enter your PayPal account credentials and proceed with the payment.

   • If using Credit/Debit Card: Enter your card number and complete the payment process.

5. Troubleshooting: If the payment page doesn’t load, please ensure cookies are enabled on your browser.

Note: Prices for international payment may differ from local prices. This is due to automatic adjustments based on the current exchange rate and additional international transaction fees, such as conversion fees or administrative fees from payment providers. Sahabat Hanoman (Student, Basic, Advanced, Ultimate, Royal) has the freedom to choose any film they desire. However, there is something important to note: JAFF usually features 5 studios with 4 screening times/shows each day. Customers can select one film per show, but be mindful of overlapping schedules, as some films may run longer than usual.

Please note that the Cinematic Concert and RM: Right People, Wrong Place film from is not included in the Sahabat Hanoman packages.

Meanwhile, Support Hanoman members do not have film access but receive exclusive JAFF merchandise.

Sahabat Hanoman (Student, Basic, Advanced, Ultimate, Royal) has the privilege of being able to select films before other general audiences. The special film selection access for Sahabat Hanoman will be opened on November 8-14, 2024 through a link sent after payment is completed.

Support Hanoman is unable to choose films. They are only able to obtain merchandise from JAFF.

The benefits, which is JAFF 19 Official Merchandise (Totebag, Tumbler, Keychain, and Sticker), will be shipped after the festival ends to the address provided by each Support Hanoman member during registration.

Yes, there are some limitations for Student, Basic, Advanced, and Royal Hanoman. We are committed to ensuring that all Sahabat Hanoman have a comfortable experience and are guaranteed the best seats at every film screening.

However, there is no limit on purchasing the Support Hanoman package, and it will be available until the end of the festival

You must prove to be an active student as evidenced by uploading a photo of your student card. If we find fraud such as falsifying student cards, the money you have paid to the festival will not be refunded.
